5/5 VILLA ANASTASIA Review by Sharon Brady, Jun 4, 2018. We were guests between, 25.05.2018 - 02.06.2018 A perfect week in a perfect villa. We loved the space that the villa offered. And the village was really nice, very quiet so you need a car to get to places but it was so nice to return to the villa after a few hours out and about. We will return!

We were guests between, 09.09.2017-23.09.2017 Das Haus. die Einrichtung und das "Drumherum" sind für unsere Begriffe perfekt.Die Vermieterin Andromena ist nicht zu toppen und das bezieht sich auf alles,also 10 Punkte für sie!.Die Lage des Hauses ist ideal, um Istrien kennenzulernen;zur Küste ist es nicht weit und im Inneren des Landes begeistern wunderschöne kleine Städte.Von der herrlichen Landschaft waren wir auch sehr begeistert.This hollday castle is a real dream and we never will vorget Andromena and our time there.May be,that we will come back later.
5/5 VILLA ANASTASIA Review by Laurent Provins, Sep 17, 2017. We were guests between, 16.07.-23.07.2016. Villa Anastasia is simply perfect. We can only recommend it. The owner Andromena is really friendly and welcome was great. The villa is spacious, modern, extremely well-equipped and the pool is pleasant. A car is mandatory but most must-see locations in Istria are easily accessible in about 30 min or less (Rovinj, Porec, Motovun, Beram, Svetvincenat, Pula, Pazin,...) thanks to an ideal central situation. Not so many restaurants nearby but we strongly recommend Agroturizam Botra Marija and Konoba Jelenic which are really close. We spent wonderful week in Villa Anastasia
5/5 VILLA ANASTASIA Review by Viktor Kraml, Sep 17, 2017. We were guests between, 12.09.-26.09.2015. Familienurlaub mit Freunden super kombiniert. Wir, Ehepaar mit 5jährigen Zwillingen und Hund sowie ein befreundetes Ehepaar verbrachten wunderschöne Spätsommertage im September hier in dieser tollen Villa. Es hat an nichts gefehlt, wir wurden herzlichst begrüßt und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Abends gemütlich grillen und die Atmosphäre, die Beleuchtung des Pools, das Zirpen der Grillen genießen ... Das Haus ist wunderschön, tip top sauber und mit allem ausgestattet, was man zu Hause auch hat. Mit dem Auto kann man ganz Istrien besichtigen, die Straßen sind gut. Zum Einkaufen nach Pazin fährt man 10 Minuten und um lecker zu Schlemmen findet man ringsum genügend tolle Konobas. Herzliche Grüße an Andromena - vielen Dank für alles, es war super !!!

Fazit vorab : ++ Das Haus selbst ist top. ++ Die Vermieterin wirklich nett und immer (und damit mein ich immer) erreichbar und hilfbereit (Adresse vom Arzt,Bestellservice,Auskunft) - Lage zum Meer ist das einzige Manko. ~ Nachbar ist ein Schlosser oder Schmied Anfang Juni 2015 waren Wir (2 Familien) in diesem Haus untergebracht und es ist in einem echt tollem Zustand. Wenn man das Haus betritt ist man von Beginn an von der Größe imponiert (wobei ich mir vostellen kann, dass manche den Luxus auch daheim haben). Pool ist sauber und wurde nach dem Unwetter gereingt. Zur Lage: Man fährt nach Porec bzw Pazin ca 15 Min und dort ist alles erhältlich. Ein kleines Manko ist das man immer auf Auto angewiesen wenn man zum Meer will. Dies muss bei der Urlaubsplanung abgewogen werden. Für einen Radurlaub und Leute die komplett Istrien bereisen ist es DIE PERFEKTE Lösung da die Ortschaft zentral liegt.(Die Famile die das Haus vermietet bietet kostenlos Fahrräder an). Der Nachbar ist Schmied oder Schlosser und hämmert gelegentlich und ist aber nicht wirklich störend. Da wir immer unterwegs waren haben wir fast nichts mitbekommen.
